SEO

Every day, customers search for your products or services and reach the ones ranking at the top of Google. If you're not there, those are sales you're losing without even realizing it. Through SEO, we build your visibility across Google and AI tools so these customers reach you.

What are the types of SEO?

Technical SEO

The foundation everything else rests on. If Google can't crawl, read, and index your site quickly and without errors, even the best content stays invisible. Technical SEO improves load speed, site structure, and structured data - the elements that make your site readable to search engines and fast for visitors.

User Experience

Traffic alone doesn't pay the bills. You can rank first on Google and still lose customers if your site confuses them or doesn't clearly tell them what to do. So we analyze what's stopping visits from turning into an inquiry or a sale and we fix it. Because the goal of SEO isn't more visits; it's more real customers.

Off-page SEO

This type of SEO is everything that happens off your site but influences how Google perceives it. While technical and on-page SEO work on the site itself, this is where we build its reputation and authority through mentions, presence on other platforms, and above all through link building. To Google, these are signals that there's a recognized, trusted business behind your site - and trust is one of the things that convinces it to move you up to the top positions.

Content and On-Page SEO

Optimizing the pages of your website or online store is the key to ranking higher in search engines. We research how your audience searches for your products or services and optimize your pages accordingly - titles, copy, structure, and keywords. This helps search engines understand what you offer and rank you higher for the right searches, while making it easier for potential customers to find you.

Local SEO

Local SEO is for businesses that rely on nearby customers - whether you run a store, an office, or a workshop, or simply serve a particular city and the area around it. When someone searches for your product or service, Google ranks the results by different rules than it does for a regular search, factoring in proximity, how up-to-date your profile is, reviews, and the consistency of your contact details. Those signals are exactly what we work on.

Visibility in AI Tools (GEO / AEO)

The way people search is changing. More and more, they put their questions directly to ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini and get a ready-made answer without opening ten different sites. This visibility - known as GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) or AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) - is the work of making your site one of the sources AI cites and recommends. It's achieved through clearly structured content that answers questions directly, paired with strong authority signals - so AI recognizes your information as reliable and uses it in its responses.

What to Expect From Working on Your SEO

More Customers

High rankings increase your website traffic. This traffic comes from specific searches by people with high intent to buy or inquire. This way, more of that traffic turns into customers.

More Sales and Revenue

Bringing in more visitors with high purchase intent has been proven to grow your organic sales. These sales bring greater profit than advertising does - thanks to the lasting effect of SEO and a lower cost per customer.

A Steady Stream of New Customers

Once built, your rankings work for your business around the clock, bringing a regular flow of new customers every month. This gives you financial predictability and independence from paid advertising.

An Edge Over Your Competitors

Good SEO helps you capture a larger market share. It does this by outranking your competitors on Google and growing your sales as high-intent organic traffic rises.

A Lower Cost per New Customer

Improving your SEO lowers the cost of acquiring a new customer. It also boosts the performance of your Facebook and Google Ads.

Visibility in AI Tools

Good SEO increases your visibility across AI tools when people are looking for an answer. More and more people now ask ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and AI Overviews directly instead of opening ten different sites.

Our 4-Step Approach

How We Work on Your SEO

Audit

We start with an in-depth analysis of your site, its content, its technical health, and the competition in your niche. We analyze how your real customers search, where you currently rank, and what's keeping you from ranking higher in Google and AI tools. Without this stage, every step that follows would be guesswork.

We Set the Priorities

The audit results make it clear what delivers the most value, and in what order. Some sites need a technical foundation first, others need content, and still others need external authority. Based on those findings, we determine the priority areas for your business so it can achieve the best possible results.

We Create the Action Plan

We turn those priorities into a clear plan of what will be done, in what order, and toward what goal. The plan covers every type of SEO your situation calls for. You see exactly where we're headed and why. Before we move into execution, we'll present the plan, gather your feedback, and adapt it to what your business can take on — all to keep the process running as smoothly as possible.

Execution and Results

With that in place, we move into execution. SEO is a process where the data keeps shifting, so we stay flexible — we track what's working, reinforce it, and rework whatever isn't delivering as expected. How soon you see the first results depends on the state of your website or online store; in most cases, that's after the second month.

Here's What SEO That Works Looks Like

Aptekata.online

The brand is an online pharmacy with 5 physical locations, offering a broad range of medicines, vitamins, dietary supplements, and cosmetics from established manufacturers. Behind the brand is a team of experienced pharmacists who advise customers on choosing the right products - so here, a wide selection comes with professional advice. The pharmacy works only with vetted manufacturers - a guarantee that all products are safe and effective.
The Online Pharmacy has been working with us for 3 years now, using our full service package. This case study focuses on the results of our SEO service, with an emphasis on link building from March 2026 to May 2026.

Goal:

The goal was clear - to increase organic traffic and the sales that come from it. The pharmacy operates in a highly competitive and regulated category, where top positions in Google are hard to reach and even harder to hold. Our task was to build the site's organic authority so that it would climb steadily up the rankings for the searches that matter to the business - and so that this climb would translate directly into orders and revenue.

Key Shift

We focus our efforts from internal optimization to building external authority through Link Building.Once the site's technical base and speed had been put in order in the earlier stages of our work together, the natural next step was to give Google the strongest trust signal there is - links from quality, topically related domains. Instead of random or bulk links, we went with a strategy of precisely selected domains and varied anchor text, so the link profile would look natural and build lasting authority. This was the factor that unlocked the sharp climb in rankings and the conversion of organic traffic into real revenue.

Challenge:

Health and pharmacy are among the categories Google treats with the highest degree of scrutiny - the so-called YMYL ("Your Money or Your Life") topics, where the bar for a site's authority and trustworthiness is significantly higher than usual. For a site like this to rank at the top, good content isn't enough - Google has to understand that there's a reliable, recognized source behind it. This is exactly where the challenge lay: the online store had a technical foundation and content, but it lacked the external authority that convinces Google to lift it to the top positions. That authority is built gradually, through quality links from relevant, trusted sites.

Our Approach:

Link building was the focus of the final stage of a broader SEO strategy we've been working on. Before moving on to building external authority, we laid the groundwork — technical optimization of the online store, load speed improvements, and content optimization across over 1,700 product descriptions so they'd match user searches and Google's requirements.

With a solid foundation in place, we launched a focused link building campaign in March 2026. Over March–May 2026, we built links from 13 new domains pointing to The Online Pharmacy. Each domain was selected for its topical relevance and authority, and the anchor text was diversified across the individual publications so the link profile would read as natural to Google.

The campaign isn't a one-off — it's part of a long-term plan. We closely track the effect of each new link on rankings and organic traffic, and we optimize the strategy based on the actual results.

When SEO Is the Right Choice

Different businesses arrive at SEO by different paths. Here are the most common situations where optimization is the answer.

When You're Paying for Every Click and Want a Lasting Channel

Ads bring in customers, but only while the ad is running. SEO builds a second channel - visibility that stays yours and keeps bringing in visitors and customers without you paying for every click. Ads and organic traffic work best together, but only the traffic earned through optimizing your online store or website lasts for the long term.

When Your Competitors Are on the First Page and You're Not

Search Google for what you sell. If you see your competitors in the top positions, behind each of those positions are customers who could have been yours. SEO is the work of taking those positions and holding them for the long term.

When You Have a Good Product or Service, but No One Can Find You

A new site, a new business, or simply never having worked on your visibility. The product or service is good and the searches are there, but they're reaching your competitors. SEO builds your presence from the ground up, so the people searching for what they need find you.

When There's Traffic, but No Inquiries

You have traffic on your website or online store, but visitors aren't getting in touch and aren't buying - the problem is rarely with them and almost always in the site's structure and user experience. So we analyze the behavior of your potential customers and optimize your website or online store to be easy to navigate and high-converting.

When You're Thinking Long-Term, Not Short-Term

SEO isn't a quick trick - it's the building of a long-term asset. Every optimized page and every position you win adds up, and over time they work for you for the long haul. If you're planning your business's growth over the long term, investing in SEO is key to where you're headed.

Here's Where We Start

Our SEO audit system - 7 directions, one result

Seen through Google's eyes, the audit shows you exactly where you stand right now, what's keeping your site from attracting more customers from search engines, and what specifically needs to be done to grow organic traffic and bring in more new customers. In the end, you get not just a list of problems, but a prioritized action plan.

Google Indexing Your Site Correctly?

We check the indexing and crawling of your site or online store. We find broken pages, faulty redirects, and pages that consume resources without adding any value. We check the security certificate, scan for mixed content, and review the site's structure. For a multilingual site, we check the language tags so the Bulgarian and English versions don't compete with each other.
We make sure Google can read each important page and understand it correctly. This is the foundation - if there are problems here, nothing else will work to its full potential.

Are Your Pages Optimized?

We review every single element on each important page - titles, descriptions, heading structure, internal links, and image alt text. We check the structured data - the code that helps Google display extra information directly in the results, such as prices, ratings, or questions and answers.
We look at what the user sees in Google's results - which is critical to whether they'll click through to your site - and whether each page is set up to rank for the right keywords.

How Fast Is Your Website?

We measure your site or online store using Google's official metrics for speed and stability across different types of devices. We also analyze what's hurting those scores - heavy images, unoptimized code, slow server response.

A slow site loses rankings in search - and customers who leave before it even finishes loading. We get a clear picture of where speed is lost and what's slowing it down.

Does Your Content Match What People Are Searching For?

We analyze whether your content answers the real questions and intent behind users' searches. We find low-value pages and ones that once brought traffic but are now losing rankings. We assess the signals of expertise and trustworthiness - how well your content demonstrates real experience and authority, which is especially important in sensitive niches like health, finance, and pharma.
We check whether what's on the site is the real answer to the question the customer is asking - and where new or improved content is needed.

What Do the Links to Your Site Look Like?

We analyze your backlink profile - which domains point to you, with what anchor text, and with what authority. We check for toxic and spam links, as well as hidden third-party links injected into the site during a security breach. We also look at whether Google has already imposed a manual penalty or flagged a security issue.
Backlinks are one of the factors Google uses to assess your authority. We determine whether they're helping or hurting you - including ones many site owners have no idea even exist.

123

Where Do You Currently Rank?

We analyze your current keyword positions and your visibility against the competition in your niche - the queries where you're right on the edge of the first page.

We check which words you rank for and in what positions, and we find opportunities for quicker wins - words where you're close to the top results and could overtake your competitors with little effort.

Are You Measuring Results Correctly?

We check your tracking setup - Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and conversion tracking (orders, inquiries, key actions) - to make sure it's accurate, with no duplicate or missing events.
If the data is wrong, every decision based on it is wrong too. We make sure you have a reliable foundation for future decisions.

What You Get ?

A detailed document laying out everything from the analysis - specific observations, problems, and opportunities, presented in clear, accessible language. This isn't a surface-level review of a few points - it's an in-depth diagnostic that examines your site in detail. Along with it, you get a clear strategy for the next steps and a proposal for working together.

Turnaround Time

The audit takes a minimum of 30 business days.

Frequently Asked Questions about SEO

How Long Does SEO Take to Show Results?

The first signals are usually visible within 1–3 months, and noticeable growth in rankings and traffic within 6 to 12 months. The speed depends on the competition in your niche, the state of your site, and your budget. Anyone who promises top positions in 30 days is either misleading you or using risky techniques.

The price depends on the scope of work - how competitive the niche is, and the size and condition of your site. That's why we don't quote a package price sight unseen - first we run an audit and propose a scope tied to specific goals and expected return.

We guarantee results based on our proven methodology and transparent way of working, with measurable growth over time.

Our SEO service covers everything that makes your site more visible in search. We start with a technical audit that finds and fixes the problems keeping Google from reading and ranking your site. We research how your customers actually search and optimize your content and structure accordingly. We build authority through link building, prepare your site for visibility in AI tools (GEO/AEO), and track results continuously to adjust course based on the data. The exact mix depends on what the audit reveals for your specific site.

Google Ads brings traffic immediately, but it stops the moment you stop paying. SEO builds more slowly, but it creates an asset that keeps working and bringing in traffic for months on end. In most cases, the strongest approach is to combine them - ads for quick results while SEO builds momentum.

We measure success by tracking organic traffic, keyword visibility, conversions, and real return - based on data from GA4 and Google Search Console. You get a regular report on progress toward your goals, not a list of vanity metrics - we don't focus on rankings alone.

SEO isn't a one-time service.
It's a process in which we first achieve the results you want, and then hold them. Google constantly updates its algorithm, your competitors are working on their positions too, and fresh content needs to be added regularly. That's why SEO is an investment in long-term growth, not a one-time fix. Once you've won a top position, it's easier to hold than it is to win - the foundation you've built keeps working for you.

This happens because your competitors are actively working on their rankings, and new competitors appear. Google's algorithm sees this and re-evaluates the rankings. It's completely normal and no cause for concern. For a given keyword, you might lose a few positions this week and climb back up the next. What matters isn't the individual movement, but the direction over time - and that should be upward.

Yes - more than ever. In May 2026, Google itself confirmed that AI Overviews and AI Mode build on the same core ranking and quality systems as traditional search. In other words, the work that earns visibility in AI answers is the same work that earns visibility in organic results. AI isn't killing SEO - it's moving it to a new surface.

GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) are about optimizing your business to be cited in answers from AI platforms like Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini. They don't replace SEO - they build on it. The foundation (a clean technical site, authoritative content, structured data) is the same; the difference is that the goal is no longer just a position in a list, but becoming the source AI trusts.

Through clearly structured content that answers questions directly - a question-and-answer format, headings (H2/H3) phrased as questions, FAQ sections with schema markup, and a strong authority signal. AI systems pull and cite content that's easy to understand and comes from a source they trust. That's why the core SEO foundation remains essential for AI visibility too.
