Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 20, 2026

Last updated: September 27, 2026

This privacy policy for “Prioritex” LTD (“We”, “Us” or “Our”) informs you how we collect, use and share your information when you visit our website prioritex.digital.

We appreciate your decision to use our website prioritex.digital and to trust us with your valuable personal information. In this document, we seek to explain our privacy practices in the clearest way possible. We encourage you to read this document carefully before using the website. By using the website, you accept the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

What information do we collect about you?

We only collect the information necessary to respond to your inquiries and to provide and improve our services. The personal information we may collect about you is as follows:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Website and information about your business, when you provide it to us
  • The content of your message or inquiry
  • Data collected automatically through cookies after your consent (IP address, approximate location at the city level, device and browser information, site behavior)

How do we collect such information?

We collect information about you in two ways:

a. Information that you provide to us. When you send an inquiry through our contact form, we collect the data you fill in: name, phone, email, link to your site, the service you are interested in, preferred day and time for a meeting, and your message. When you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address.

b. Information that we automatically collect from you. When you browse the website, we may automatically collect information from your device through cookies and similar technologies. Analytical and advertising cookies are activated only after your explicit consent, given through the cookie banner.

Our website does not offer user account registration, and we do not purchase data about you from third parties.

Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies are small packets of information placed on your device so that we can ensure the site works correctly and, with your consent, analyze traffic and measure our advertising.

For more information about cookies and similar technologies, including a full list of cookies used, please visit our Cookie Policy.

Do Not Track requests

Most web browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (DNT) setting. Since no common industry standard for DNT signals has been adopted, our website currently does not respond to browser DNT signals. You can manage your tracking and cookie preferences at any time through our consent banner (the blue cookie icon in the bottom left corner of every page) and the settings described in our Cookie Policy.

Why do we collect information about you?

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To respond to your inquiries and contact you
  • To provide, evaluate, and improve our services
  • To send you newsletters and marketing communications — only with your explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time via the unsubscribe link in every email
  • To measure site traffic and the effectiveness of our content and advertising — only after your consent via the cookie banner
  • To maintain website security and prevent abuse
  • To comply with our legal obligations (e.g., accounting and tax)
  • To manage requests related to business transfers — for example, if our business is acquired, merged, or restructured

Legal basis for processing

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) requires us to state the legal basis for processing your personal data. We process your data on the following grounds:

  • Taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract and performance of a contract (Art. 6, para. 1, item “b” of the GDPR) — when we respond to your inquiry about our services and when we work with you as a client.
  • Consent (Art. 6, para. 1, item “a” of the GDPR) — for analytical and advertising cookies and for sending the newsletter. You can withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
  • Legitimate interest (Art. 6, para. 1, item “f” of the GDPR) — for website security and protection against abuse.
  • Legal obligation (Art. 6, para. 1, item “c” of the GDPR) — for example, for accounting and tax purposes.

We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal effects for you.

How long do we keep your information?

We store your personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected:

  • Inquiry data — for the duration of communication with you and for a reasonable period thereafter, unless you become our client, in which case the data is stored for the duration of our contractual relationship and according to legal deadlines.
  • Email address for the newsletter — until you unsubscribe.
  • Accounting and tax documents — for the periods required by Bulgarian legislation.

When we have no ongoing legitimate need to process your personal information, we delete or anonymize it.

Do we share your information?

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the following categories of recipients, to the extent necessary:

  • Google Ireland Limited — Google Analytics 4 (traffic analysis), Google Ads (advertising), and Google Tag Manager; activated only after your consent via the cookie banner.
  • Meta Platforms Ireland Limited — advertising on Facebook and Instagram; only after your consent.
  • Intuit Inc. (Mailchimp) — sending email newsletters if you have subscribed.
  • Website hosting provider — technical storage of data on the site.
  • Cloudflare, Inc. and QUIC.cloud — content delivery network (CDN), security, and speed optimization.

These providers process data on our behalf or as independent controllers according to their own privacy policies. In addition, we may disclose information when legally obligated — to comply with applicable law, a court order, or other legal process — as well as in connection with a merger, sale of business assets, or acquisition of all or part of our business.

Cross-border data transfer

Some of our providers (Google, Meta, Mailchimp, Cloudflare) may process data on servers outside the European Union, including in the USA. In these cases, the transfer is carried out based on an adequacy decision (EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework) or standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission, which guarantee adequate protection of your personal data.

Your rights

In accordance with Articles 12 to 23 of the GDPR, you have the following rights:

  • Right of access to the data we have collected about you and to a copy of it in an accessible format
  • Right to rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Right to erasure of your personal information (“the right to be forgotten”)
  • Right to restriction of processing under certain circumstances
  • Right to data portability
  • Right to object to processing based on legitimate interest, as well as to processing for direct marketing purposes
  • Right to withdraw your consent at any time — for cookies via the icon in the bottom left corner of the site, and for the newsletter via the unsubscribe link

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the contact details below. We will respond to your request within one month.

If you believe that we are processing your personal data in violation of the law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP), Sofia 1592, 2 Prof. Tsvetan Lazarov Blvd., www.cpdp.bg, [email protected].

Consequences of disagreement

Refusal of analytical and advertising cookies does not limit the use of the website in any way. However, if you do not provide us with the data necessary for contact (e.g., name and email in the contact form), we will not be able to respond to your inquiry.

Children’s privacy

Our services are aimed at business clients, and we do not knowingly provide services to children. If you are a parent or legal guardian and believe that your child has provided us with information without your consent, please contact us and, after verification, we will remove the information from our systems.

Security of your personal information

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to ensure that the information we collect from you is stored securely. However, no method of internet transmission or digital storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Links to other websites or applications

On our website, we may provide links to external websites or services. These are not operated by us and are not regulated by this Privacy Policy. We recommend that you review the privacy policies of these websites before providing them with personal information.

Changes to this privacy policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the law or our practices. The current version is always published on this page, with the date of the last update indicated.
