SEO

Every day, customers search for your products or services and reach the businesses in the top position on Google. If you're not among them, those are sales you're losing without even realizing it.

What Are the Types of SEO?

Technical SEO

The foundation everything else rests on. If Google can't crawl, read, and index your site quickly and without errors, even the best content stays invisible. Technical SEO improves load speed, site structure, and structured data - the elements that make your site readable to search engines and fast for visitors.

User Experience

Traffic alone doesn't pay the bills. You can rank first on Google and still lose customers if your site confuses them or doesn't clearly tell them what to do. So we analyze what's stopping visits from turning into an inquiry or a sale and we fix it. Because the goal of SEO isn't more visits; it's more real customers.

Off-page SEO

This type of SEO is everything that happens off your site but influences how Google perceives it. While technical and on-page SEO work on the site itself, this is where we build its reputation and authority through mentions, presence on other platforms, and above all through link building. To Google, these are signals that there's a recognized, trusted business behind your site - and trust is one of the things that convinces it to move you up to the top positions.

Content and On-Page SEO

Optimizing the pages of your website or online store is the key to ranking higher in search engines. We research how your audience searches for your products or services and optimize your pages accordingly - titles, copy, structure, and keywords. This helps search engines understand what you offer and rank you higher for the right searches, while making it easier for potential customers to find you.

Local SEO

Local SEO is for businesses that rely on customers nearby - whether you have a store, office or repair shop, or simply serve a specific city and its surrounding area. When someone searches for your product or service, Google sorts the results according to different rules than regular search, taking into account proximity, the relevance of your profile, reviews and the consistency of contact information. These are exactly the signals that we work with.

Visibility in AI Tools (GEO / AEO)

The way people search is changing. More and more people are asking their questions directly to ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini and getting a ready-made answer without having to open ten websites. This visibility, known as GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) or AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), is the work of getting your site to be among the sources that AI cites and recommends. It is achieved through clearly structured content that directly answers questions and through strong authority signals - so that AI recognizes your information as trustworthy and uses it in its answers.

What to Expect From Working on Your SEO

More Customers

High rankings increase website traffic. This traffic comes from specific searches by people with high purchase intent or inquiry. This way, your organic results grow.

More Sales and Revenue

Bringing in more visitors with high purchase intent has been proven to grow your organic sales. These sales bring greater profit than advertising does - thanks to the lasting effect of SEO and a lower cost per customer.

A Steady Stream of New Customers

Once built, your rankings work for your business around the clock, bringing a regular flow of new customers every month. This gives you financial predictability and independence from paid advertising.

An Edge Over Your Competitors

Good SEO helps you capture more market share by outperforming your competitors in Google rankings and growing sales through incrased organic traffic with high purchase intent.

A Lower Cost per New Customer

Improving your SEO reduces your cost per customer acquisition. It also improves the results of your advertising activity on Facebook and Google Ads.

Visibility in AI Tools

Good SEO increases your visibility among AI tools when users are looking for an answer. More and more people are asking ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and AI Overviews directly instead of opening ten sites.

Our 4-Step Approach

How We Work on Your SEO

Audit

We start with a thorough analysis of your site, content, technical status, and competition in your niche. We analyze how your real customers search, where you currently rank, and what is stopping you from ranking higher in Google and AI tools. Without this step, every next step would be guesswork.

About the Audit

We Set the Priorities

The audit results make it clear what brings the most value and in what order. Some sites need a technical foundation first, others need content, and still others need external authority. Based on the results of the analysis, identify the priorities for your business to achieve the best results.

We Create the Action Plan

We turn priorities into a clear plan - what will be done, in what order and for what purpose. The plan covers all types of SEO that your case requires. You see exactly where we are going and why. Before moving on to the implementation stage, we will present the plan, discuss it together and tailor it to your business's capacity, so the work runs smoothly.

Execution and Results

We proceed to implementation. SEO is a process in which data changes, and therefore we proceed flexibly - we monitor what brings results, strengthen it and review what does not give the expected effect. The first results depend on the state of the website or online store. In most cases, we observe them after the second month.

Here's What SEO That Works Looks Like

aptekata. online

Aptekata Online

The brand is an online pharmacy with 5 physical locations and offers a wide range of medicines, vitamins, dietary supplements and cosmetics from proven manufacturers. Behind the brand is a team of experienced pharmacists who advise customers on choosing the right products - in addition to a wide selection, here the consumer also receives professional advice. The pharmacy works only with verified manufacturers - a guarantee that all products are safe and effective. The Aptekata Online has been working with us for 3 years now, using a full package of services. This case study is focused on the results of our SEO service, with an emphasis on Link Building for the period March 2026 - May 2026.

Goal:

The goal was clear - to increase organic traffic and sales from it. The pharmacy operates in a highly competitive and regulated category, where top positions in Google are difficult to reach and even more difficult to hold. Our task was to build the organic authority of the site so that it would steadily climb in the results of key business searches and this climb would directly affect orders and turnover.

Key Shift

We shifted our efforts from internal optimization to building external authority through Link Building. After the technical base and speed of the site were put in order in the previous stages of our joint work, the natural next step was to give Google the strongest signal of trust - links from quality, thematically related domains. Instead of random or mass links, we relied on a strategy with precisely selected domains and diverse anchor text, so that the link profile looked natural and built lasting authority. This was the factor that unlocked the sharp rise in positions and the conversion of organic traffic into real turnover.

Challenge:

Здравето и фармацията са сред категориите, които Google третира с най-висока степен на внимание - т.нар. YMYL ("Your Money or Your Life") теми, при които изискванията към авторитета и доверието в сайта са значително по-високи от обичайното. За да се класира такъв сайт на челни позиции, не е достатъчно съдържанието да е добро - Google трябва да разбере, че зад него стои надежден и признат източник. This was the challenge - the online store had a technical basis and content, but it lacked the external authority that would convince Google to elevate it to the top positions. This authority is built gradually - through quality links from relevant and trusted sites.

Our Approach:

Link Building was the final stage of a broader SEO strategy that we are still working on today. Before moving on to building external authority, we laid the foundations - technical optimization of the online store, improving loading speed and optimizing the content of over 1,700 product descriptions to meet user searches and Google requirements.

With a solid foundation in place, we launched a focused link building campaign in March 2026. Over March–May 2026, we built links from 13 new domains pointing to Aptekata Online. Each domain was selected for its topical relevance and authority, and the anchor text was diversified across the individual publications so the link profile would read as natural to Google.

The campaign isn't a one-off — it's part of a long-term plan. We closely track the effect of each new link on rankings and organic traffic, and we optimize the strategy based on the actual results.

When SEO Is the Right Choice

Different businesses arrive at SEO by different paths. Here are the most common situations where optimization is the answer.

When You're Paying for Every Click and Want a Lasting Channel

Ads bring customers, but only while the ad is active. SEO builds a second channel - visibility that remains yours and continues to bring visitors and customers without you paying for every click. Advertising and organic traffic work best together, but only traffic acquired through optimization of the online store or website remains long-term.

When Your Competitors Are on the First Page and You're Not

Search Google for what you sell. If you see your competitors in the top positions, behind each of those positions are customers who could have been yours. SEO is the work of taking those positions and holding them for the long term.

When You Have a Good Product or Service, but No One Can Find You

A new site, a new business, or simply never having worked on your visibility. The product or service is good and the searches are there, but they're reaching your competitors. SEO builds your presence from the ground up, so the people searching for what they need find you.

When There's Traffic, but No Inquiries

You have traffic on your website or online store, but users aren't reaching out or buyng - the problem is rarely with them and almost always with the structure and user experience of the website. That's why we analyze the behavior of potential customers and optimize the website or online store so that it is easy to navigate and has high conversion.

When You're Thinking Long-Term, Not Short-Term

SEO is not a quick fix, but a long-term asset. Every optimized page and every position gained accumulates and works for you over time. If you plan to grow your business long-term, then investing in SEO is key to your development.

Here's Where We Start

Our SEO audit system - 7 Areas, One Result

Seen through Google's eyes, the audit shows you exactly where you stand right now, what's keeping your site from attracting more customers from search engines, and what specifically needs to be done to grow organic traffic and bring in more new customers. In the end, you get not just a list of problems, but a prioritized action plan.

Is Google Indexing Your Site Correctly?

We check the indexing and crawling of the site or online store. We find broken pages, incorrect redirects and pages that take up resources without bringing any benefit. We check the security certificate and mixed content, as well as the structure of the site. In the case of a multilingual site, we check the language tags so that the Bulgarian and English versions do not compete with each other. We make sure that Google can read every important page and understand it correctly. This is the foundation. If there are problems here, everything else will not work to its full potential.

Are Your Pages Optimized?

We review every element of every important page - titles, meta descriptions, heading structure (H1-H6), internal links and image alt text. We check structured data - the code that helps Google display additional information directly in the results, such as prices, ratings or questions and answers. We check what the user sees in Google results - it is key to whether they will visit your website, as well as whether each page is set up to rank for the right words.

How Fast Is Your Website?

We measure the speed and stability of the site using official Google metrics. We also analyze what makes them worse - heavy images, unoptimized code, slow server response.

A slow site loses search engine rankings and customers leave before it loads. You get a clear picture of where speed is lost and what is slowing it down.

Does Your Content Match What People Are Searching For?

We analyze whether the content answers the real questions and intentions behind the users' searches. We find pages with little value and those that once brought traffic but are now losing positions. We assess signals of expertise and trustworthiness - the extent to which the content shows real experience and authority, which is especially important in sensitive niches such as health, finance and pharma. We check whether what is written on the site is the real answer to the question the customer is asking and where there is a need for new or improved content.

What Do the Links to Your Site Look Like?

We analyze your external link profile - which domains point to you, with what anchor text and with what authority. We check for toxic and spam links, as well as for hidden external links injected into the site due to a security breach. We also check whether Google has imposed a manual penalty or has not noted a security issue. External links are one of the factors by which Google assesses your authority. We check whether they help or harm you, including those that many site owners do not even suspect exist.

123

Where Do You Currently Rank?

We analyze current keyword positions, visibility relative to competition in your niche, and queries for which you are on the verge of the first page.

We check which words you rank for and in what positions, and we find opportunities to rank faster for words where you are close to the top results and with a little effort you can get ahead of your competitors.

Are You Measuring Results Correctly?

We check your tracking setup - Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and conversion tracking (orders, inquiries, key actions) - to make sure it's accurate, with no duplicate or missing events.
If the data is wrong, any decision made based on it is also wrong. We ensure that you have a reliable basis for future decisions.

What You Get

A detailed document laying out everything from the analysis - specific observations, problems, and opportunities, presented in clear, accessible language. This isn't a surface-level review of a few points - it's an in-depth diagnostic that examines your site in detail. Along with it, you get a clear strategy for the next steps and a proposal for working together.

Turnaround Time

The audit takes a minimum of 30 business days.

Frequently Asked Questions about SEO

How Long Does SEO Take to Show Results?

The first signals are usually visible in 1-3 months, and a noticeable increase in rankings and traffic - between 6 and 12 months. The speed depends on the competition in the niche, the state of the site and the budget. Anyone who promises top positions in 30 days is either misleading or using risky techniques.

The price depends on the volume of work - how competitive the niche is, and the size and condition of the site. That's why we don't give a package price blindly - first we do an audit and offer a scope tied to specific goals and expected return.

No one can. Google does not sell positions or accept agency guarantees. What we guarantee is a transparent process and measurability: you see what we do, why we do it, and how it affects traffic and queries.

Our SEO service covers everything that makes your site more visible in search. We start with a technical audit that detects and fixes issues that prevent Google from reading and ranking the site. We study how your customers actually search and optimize the content and structure accordingly. We build authority through link building, prepare the site for visibility in AI tools (GEO/AEO) and monitor the results constantly to adjust the direction based on the data. The exact mix depends on what the audit shows for the specific site.

Google Ads brings traffic right away, but stops the moment you stop paying. SEO builds more slowly, but creates an asset that keeps working and bringing traffic month after month. In most cases, the strongest combination is ads for quick results while SEO gains momentum.

We measure success by tracking organic traffic, keyword visibility, conversions, and real return on investment - based on data from GA4 and Google Search Console. You get a regular report with progress against your goals, not a list of metrics that look good but mean nothing.

SEO isn't a one-time service.
It is a process in which we first achieve the desired results, and then maintain them. Google is constantly updating its algorithm, your competitors are also working on their positions, and new content needs to be added regularly. Therefore, SEO is an investment in long-term growth, not a one-time fix. Once you win the top position, it is easier to maintain than to earn it - the foundation built continues to work for you in the long run.

This happens because your competitors are actively working on their rankings, and new ones are emerging. Google’s algorithm sees this and reevaluates rankings. This is completely normal and nothing to worry about. You might lose a few positions on a particular keyword this week and gain them back higher next week. What’s important is not the individual movement, but the long-term direction – it should be upward.

Yes - more than ever. In May 2026, Google itself confirmed that AI Overviews and AI Mode rely on the same ranking and quality assessment system as classic search. That is, the work that gains visibility in AI answers is the same work that gains visibility in organic results. AI is not killing SEO - it is moving it to a new surface.

GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) are optimizations to get your business cited in answers on AI platforms like Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini. They don't replace SEO - they build on it. The foundation (a technically clean site, authoritative content, structured data) is the same, the difference is that the goal is no longer just a position in a list, but to become the source that AI trusts.

Through clearly structured content that directly answers questions - question-answer format, question-like headings (H2/H3), FAQ sections with schema markup and strong authority signals. AI systems extract and cite content that is easy to understand and comes from a source they trust. Therefore, the classic SEO foundation remains mandatory for AI visibility as well.
